Tack bag!

This is a short video of me showing what I carry in my grooming or tack bag. I use these items and they are all kind of small so it is useful to keep them all together in a bag where I can access it easily.

Lesson, Chaps, and Tear drops!

Is the tear drop pattern exercise. the black rectangle is where you start, follow the black line and circle your horse to start, then you follow the black line and move along the wall to K then when you get to E do a half circle reverse back to the wall. Then move to the middle and circle your horse again, then move to the wall along F and do another half circle reverse when you get to B. You have completed 1 complete pattern when you get to the blue circle. Depending on weather you do this at a walk, trot, or canter you will have to vary the size of the pattern. Today we worked this at a trot, it really makes your horse pay attention to you, and you pay attention to your horse. Also this way you can have a group working at each end of the arena.
